Characteristic highlights:

Lightweight: Under the same bearing capacity, the cross-section of Q690E component is reduced by 30% compared to Q355B, and the self weight of the structure is reduced by 25%;

Low temperature toughness: -40 ℃ impact energy ≥ 47J (Q460D), suitable for engineering in high-altitude regions;

Weldability: Carbon equivalent Ceq ≤ 0.45% (Q690E), matched with low hydrogen welding materials (such as E11018-G) to avoid cold cracking.

Special functional steel

Refractory steel (Q460FR):

The yield strength retention rate at high temperature of 600 ℃ is ≥ 67%, and the fire resistance limit is increased to 2.5 hours;

Applied to the core tube and escape route of super high-rise buildings.

Weathering steel (Q460NH):

Containing Cu, Cr, Ni alloy elements, with an outdoor coating free lifespan of ≥ 50 years;

The stable rate of rust layer is ≤ 0.002mm/year (ISO 9223 standard).

2、 Core Product System

Heavy load-bearing components

Box shaped column:

Specification: 600 × 600 × 30mm~2000 × 2000 × 50mm (Q460D material);

Internally filled with C50-C60 self compacting concrete, with an axial compressive bearing capacity of ≥ 50000kN.

Truss chord:

Adopting seamless steel pipe (Q690E) with a diameter of 219 × 20mm and a single tensile bearing capacity of ≥ 18000kN;

Applied to the main span of cross sea bridges (such as 300m+span).

High strength connection system

12.9 grade high-strength bolt:

Pre tension deviation ≤ ± 5%, anti slip coefficient ≥ 0.55 (sandblasted surface);

The matching torque method construction has a final torque error of ≤± 3%.

Pin axis hinge node:

Φ 200~Φ 500mm alloy steel pin shaft (40CrNiMoA), surface hardness HRC50-55;

Rotating capacity ≥ 0.03rad, used for seismic bearings of large-span bridges.

Composite structural products

Steel reinforced concrete column (CFST):

Outer tube: Q460D, Φ 800 × 25mm;

Internal filling: C80 ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), axial compressive strength ≥ 150MPa.

Steel carbon fiber composite beam:

The bottom flange is pasted with T700 carbon fiber cloth (tensile strength 4900MPa), which increases the bending capacity by 35%.

3、 Technological advantages and innovative processes

Precision Manufacturing Technology

Laser arc hybrid welding:

20mm thick plate single pass welding, efficiency increased by 40%, heat affected zone hardness ≤ 350HV;

CNC cold bending forming:

The bending radius accuracy is ± 0.5mm, suitable for irregular cross-sections (such as fish belly beams).

Intelligent anti-corrosion system

Nano ceramic coating:

Thickness 80-120 μ m, salt spray resistance ≥ 8000 hours (ISO 9227);

Adhesion ≥ 15MPa (grid test).

Cathodic protection system:

Sacrificial anode (zinc alloy) with a design life of 30 years and a potential difference of -1.05~-1.10V/CSE.

Seismic energy dissipation technology

Buckling restrained support (BRB):

Core board: LY160 low yield steel (yield strength 160MPa), energy dissipation capacity ≥ 400kJ;

Design displacement ± 50mm, fatigue life ≥ 50 cycles.

Self resetting node:

Built in SMA shape memory alloy wire, residual deformation ≤ 0.2% (automatic reset after earthquake).

4、 Typical application scenarios

Super high-rise buildings

Case: Core tube of a 400m skyscraper

Plan:

Steel plate shear wall: Q460D, Thickness 35mm, welding residual stress ≤ 15% σ y;

Node area: Adopting fan-shaped hole weakening (RBS) design, plastic rotation angle ≥ 0.04rad.

Effect: Compared to traditional structures, it reduces its own weight by 18% and saves 20 million yuan in basic costs.

Long span bridge

Case: A suspension bridge spanning a canyon

Plan:

Main cable anchoring structure: Q690E cast steel component, with a single weight of 85t;

Orthogonal anisotropic steel bridge deck: U-rib laser welding, fatigue life ≥ 2 million times (EN 1993-2).

Energy Infrastructure

Case: Offshore wind duct support

Plan:

Main leg tube: S690QL, Φ 2500 × 45mm, resistant to S-N curve (DNVGL standard);

Anti corrosion: Hot spray aluminum+epoxy sealing paint, designed for a lifespan of 35 years.
