1、 High stability core design concept

dual system

Frame support system: Combining central support (lateral stiffness) and moment frame (energy dissipation capacity) to enhance overall wind and seismic resistance performance.

Tube in tube structure: outer frame dense column+inner core tube, suitable for super high-rise buildings, lateral displacement angle ≤ 1/500 (in accordance with GB 50017-2017).

Node Ductility and Redundancy Design

Dog bone weakening (RBS): The curved cutting of the beam end flange guides the formation of plastic hinges and protects the joint welds.

Reinforced node plate: Thicken the steel plate in the node area (such as 20mm → 30mm) to increase the shear bearing capacity by 30%.

Ability to resist continuous collapse

The redundancy design of key components ensures that the remaining structure can still bear 70% of the load after local failure (GSA 2016 standard).

Tuned Mass Damper (TMD):

Mass block 10-500t, vibration reduction efficiency ≥ 40% (wind speed 50m/s);

The frequency adjustment range is 0.1-5Hz, suitable for 300m+super high-rise buildings.

3、 Materials and Manufacturing Technology

High strength weather resistant steel

Q355NH: Cu-P-Cr-Ni alloy system, with weather resistance 8 times that of ordinary steel (ISO 9223 salt spray test);

S460ML:- 60 ℃ impact energy ≥ 60J, exclusively for Arctic Circle engineering.

Precision manufacturing process

3D CNC bending plate: curvature radius accuracy ± 1mm/m, suitable for hyperbolic components;

Robot welding:

Narrow gap welding (groove angle of 10 °) reduces heat input by 30%;

The qualification rate of UT inspection for welds is ≥ 99.5% (GB/T 11345-2013).

Intelligent anti-corrosion system

Nano composite coating:

Primer (epoxy zinc rich, 80 μ m)+intermediate coat (mica iron, 120 μ m)+fluorocarbon topcoat (50 μ m);

UV aging resistance ≥ 20 years (QUV test for 3000 hours).

Arc spraying aluminum:

The coating thickness is 200 μ m, and the bonding strength is ≥ 10MPa (ISO 2063 standard).
