Ultra-high load carrying and deformation resistance

Cross-section optimization


Layout of stiffening ribs: spacing of transverse stiffening ribs ≤600mm, height of longitudinal stiffening ribs ≥1/10 of the height of the web;


Spacer reinforcement: internal transverse spacer thickness ≥16mm, spacing ≤3m, to ensure the integrity of the closed section.


Precision manufacturing process


Laser-arc composite welding: 50mm thick plate is welded through in a single pass, efficiency is increased by 40%, and the hardness of heat-affected zone is ≤350HV;


Intelligent orthopedic: hydraulic straightening machine controls welding deformation, straightness error ≤2mm/10m.


Anti-corrosion and fire prevention technology


Nano-ceramic coating: Al₂O₃-TiO₂ composite coating, salt spray resistance ≥ 15,000 hours (ISO 9227);


Thick fireproof coating: thickness 25mm, 3 hours fire resistance limit (GB 14907).
