I. Product Overview

High-strength steel joist is a spatial stress system made of high-quality and high-strength steel (e.g. Q420GJC, Q460, etc.) as the core material through precision welding or bolt connection technology. Its structure is mainly composed of chords, webs and node plates, and it realizes efficient load transfer through triangular units or complex geometrical arrangement, which is characterized by large span, light weight and strong stability, and it is widely used in large-scale venues, bridges, industrial plants and ultra-high-rise buildings.

1、Material Performance


High-strength steel: High-performance steel with yield strength ≥420MPa is used, manufactured through hot rolling or cold bending molding process, which is both lightweight and high load-bearing capacity, and reduces weight by 20%-30% compared with traditional steel.

Corrosion-resistant treatment: the surface is galvanized or sprayed with anti-corrosion coating to adapt to extreme climatic conditions and extend the service life to more than 50 years.

2、Structural Design


Rigid node optimization: Adopt coherent node or box section connection technology to ensure the transfer of axial force of rods, reduce eccentric stress, and improve the overall bending and shear resistance.

Modular combination: Supporting various forms such as triangular, trapezoidal, polygonal and space cantilever truss (e.g. K-type, rhombic web system), and customized spans (up to 120m) and loading requirements.

Seismic and wind resistance: The three-dimensional space truss structure can disperse dynamic loads and enhance lateral stiffness through bracing system (horizontal and vertical bracing and tie rods), which can withstand earthquakes of magnitude 8 or above and strong wind loads.

Assembly construction: the prefabrication rate of the factory is over 90%, and only assembly is required on site, which shortens the construction period by 50% compared with the traditional concrete structure.

1、Intelligent Manufacturing

Digital modeling: simulate force based on BIM technology, optimize rod layout and node design.

2、Strict Inspection Standards
