I. Product Overview

Color Steel Plate house is a kind of light Steel Structure building using color coated steel plate (color steel plate) as the main material, with the advantages of light weight, high strength, quick construction, environmental protection and energy saving. It is widely used in temporary office, construction site dormitory, warehousing plant, commercial store, post-disaster resettlement and other fields, and is the ideal choice for modern modular building.

II. Product Characteristics

Light weight and high strength

Color steel plate is made of high-strength galvanized steel sheet, covered with color coating on the surface, the weight is only 1/10 of the traditional brick-concrete structure, but it has excellent compression and bending resistance, and can withstand strong winds (below grade 10) and medium snow load (below 0.5kN/m²).

Quick Installation

Adopting modularized design, the components are prefabricated in the factory and bolted or welded on site without complicated foundation. 100m2 standard house can be assembled in 3-5 days, which greatly shortens the construction period.

Durable anti-corrosion

The surface of color steel plate is galvanized, baked paint or PVDF fluorocarbon treatment, strong weather resistance, anti-ultraviolet rays, anti-corrosion, service life of up to 15-25 years (depending on maintenance).

Heat and sound insulation

Optional rock wool, polyurethane or glass wool sandwich panels with low thermal conductivity (0.022-0.040W/m-K), effective thermal insulation; sandwich structure can also reduce the spread of noise (sound insulation ≥ 30dB).

Environmental protection and energy saving

The materials can be 100% recycled, and the construction is free of dust pollution. Matching with solar panels or energy-saving doors and windows can further reduce energy consumption, which is in line with green building standards.

Flexible customization

Support personalized design, adjustable size (single span can reach 12m), floor height (usually 2.6-3.5m), door and window layout and interior and exterior colors to meet different functional requirements.

III. Product Structure Composition

Main frame: light H-beam or C-beam columns, hot-dip galvanized rust-proof treatment.

Enclosure system:

Wall/roof: single-layer color steel plate (economic type) or sandwich color steel plate (thermal insulation type), thickness 50-150mm.

Doors and windows: plastic steel windows, aluminum alloy doors or rolling doors, optional double-layer insulating glass.

Foundation: concrete bar foundation, steel pile foundation or movable container bottom frame.

Auxiliary facilities: pre-buried electrical conduits, drainage tanks, vents, etc.
