3、 Key Design and Manufacturing Technologies
section optimization design
Reinforcement rib arrangement:
The spacing between transverse stiffeners should be ≤ 600mm to prevent buckling of the web plate;
The height of the longitudinal stiffeners is ≥ 0.1h (h is the height of the web plate).
Partition design:
The thickness of the internal bulkhead should be ≥ 12mm, with a spacing of ≤ 3m, to ensure the integrity of the cross-sectional closure.
Precision manufacturing process
Assembly of board units:
Laser positioning assembly, misalignment ≤ 1mm/10m;
Four wire submerged arc welding (SAW) is used to form a 50mm thick plate weld in one go.
Cold bending forming technology:
Cold bending radius ≥ 15 times plate thickness (anti cracking), angle deviation ≤ 0.5 °.
Welding and Testing

Fire protection:
Thick fireproof coating (thickness 25mm) with a fire resistance limit of ≥ 3 hours (GB 14907).
